our prices

The price is intended for the whole apartment and it depends on the period and on people present. During a fair, the price may increase.  Contact us to know the exact price.
Generally the rates are:

80-100 Eu per night notte up to 6 nights

450-550 Eu per week
punto elenco

1600-1800 Eu per months 

50 Eu are also required  for final cleaning

The fee is inclusive of all of the services and facilities; includes bed linen and towels changed weekly

At the arrival we will ask for a deposit equal to € 300, which will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking the status of the property.
