The apartment

It's a large apartment, in a newly renovated building, quiet and silent. There are 2 large bedrooms each with 2 beds (it’s possible to add a bed for a child up to 12 years old) with a large kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

We are in Bologna, via Calvart 12 ... near the exit 6 of the ring road (4 minutes by car), a short walk from the train station (1.5 km with direct bus), right next to the fair and city centre.

Our prices

The price is intended for the whole apartment and it depends on the period and on people present.

generally the rates are:
- 80-100 Eu per night notte up to 6 nights
- 450-550 Eu per week
- 1600-1800 Eu per months
50 Eu are also required for final cleaning
